Refund Policy

Buying skincare online can be super tricky, you don’t want to spend your hard earned money on another skincare product that causes irritation or itchy skin. 

At Salty Skin Co we pride ourselves on developing high quality skincare and are confident you will love our products. But we also understand that not all skincare works for everyone. That’s why we have a 30 day refund policy. 

For a refund you must send us an email within 30 days from the date of your order and we will be happy to discuss a refund. In the email please include:
- Photo of irritation/reaction
- a personal note explaining why you aren’t satisfied with your product
- order number and email address you used when you placed the order.

Only one refund per customer and you must send the products back to us at your own cost. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Sally Skin Co will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


please note, if you’re returning an item that was in a bundle or on sale you will not receive the full price of that individual product. The refund will be adjusted accordingly.
